Coal is main energy in our country, It is a inevitable process that the regional coal production is from growth to the recession and until closed because of the limited storage characteristics of coal resources. After entering ageing period coal mine should face to underground material and equipment recycling, mine personnel shunt placement, history of creditor's rights debt decommission and so on when close , low-carbon development is a necessary requirement of coal industry development in our country, therefore it is significance to seek low carbon ecological mine construction mode and ways for aging mine to extend life cycle of mine coal enterprises, extend the industrial chain, improve the economic benefit, harmonious ecological development. Based on the above analysis, this paper aimed at the necessity of aging mine construction low carbon ecological mining operation analysis, reveals the low carbon operation ecological mining meaning, the basic model and its essence, and the two carbon production and circulation system of the typical low carbon operation technology module in detail.
