To give patients the impression that they are participating in usual outdoor activities even if they are indoors, we developed a virtual rehabilitation garden system. This system consists of a medical garden, an experiential garden, a meditation garden, and a rehabilitation garden to help patients regain their physical, psychological, occupational, and social functionality. Additionally, this method creates different zones according to different people, giving more space for unstructured activity. The addition of natural elements like light, clouds, and other plants also assisted in the crowd's relaxation. The scene was modelled in Blender, and the system was built in Unity 3D. UGUI interface design and C# programming are used to implement user interaction.
