摘要
In recent years, with the rapid development of additive manufacturing technologies such as 3D printing, three-dimensional lattice porous structures have attracted extensive attention due to their excellent heat transfer performance. This study investigated the flow and heat transfer processes of different gradient porosity structures under forced convection conditions by numerical simulation, and analyzed the effects of one-dimensional and two-dimensional gradient porosity directions on flow and heat transfer for different porous structures. Furthermore, the different values of inlet velocities, thermal conductivity ratio and gradient directions were performed for the porous structure, and the results were also compared. The obtained results showed these parameters have a significant effect on the heat transfer performance of the internal fluid in three-dimensional lattice structures. This study will provide a theoretical basis for the heat transfer applications of gradient porosity structures.
