摘要
In distribution networks with high proportion of photovoltaic penetration, traditional voltage regulation devices fail to effectively mitigate the second-scale voltage fluctuations caused by impulsive loads due to their insufficient response speed. This paper proposes a cooperative control method for distributed energy storage converters, which balances voltages at weak nodes through rapid power allocation. A small-signal state-space model considering communication delays is established to deeply analyze the influence mechanism of the interaction between delay links and phase-locked loop parameters on system stability. Theoretical derivation reveals the stable boundaries of controller parameters and provides the critical communication delay thresholds. Simulation verification based on the IEEE 13-bus distribution network shows that the proposed method can significantly suppress voltage fluctuations and achieve millisecond-level dynamic response under controllable communication delays, thus providing a theoretical basis and engineering application reference for voltage stability control in highly electronicized distribution networks.
