摘要
The current signal output by a high-resolution mass spectrometer detector is very weak and susceptible to external interference, resulting in a low signal-to-noise ratio that requires rapid detection. To this end, a ZYNQ-based ion current signal readout system is designed and developed. For Faraday mode and analog mode, the current signal is signaled using a technique called a transimpedance amplifier + ADCmethod, while digital averaging is used for digital noise reduction; For the pulse mode, a pulse conditioning circuit is proposed to amplify the pulse width and amplitude, so as to facilitate the counting of ZYNQ. On the experimental platform of the research group, the former shows good indicators in performance tests such as accuracy, linearity, frequency response, step response, etc., while the latter has high accuracy and meets the ion detection requirements of high-resolution mass spectrometers.
