摘要
To address the issue of low efficiency under light load conditions when CLLLC converters employ fixed-frequency pulse width modulation, this paper proposes a fixed-frequency improved pulse width modulation strategy to optimize converter efficiency. First, the voltage gain expression of the converter is derived based on the First Harmonic Approximation (FHA) method. Subsequently, analytical expressions for soft switching implementation conditions are established through time-domain analysis, and the efficiency optimization mechanism of fixed-frequency improved pulse width modulation is thoroughly analyzed. Furthermore, a modulation parameter selection principle based on soft switching range is proposed. Experimental validation demonstrates that the proposed modulation strategy can significantly improve converter efficiency, with particularly pronounced effects under light load conditions. At 20% load, the converter efficiency reaches 97.3%. Under light load conditions, the efficiency improvement can be up to 4.27% compared to ordinary pulse width modulation .
