In the planning of highway charging station planning, a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed, aiming to the problem that the planning fail to effectively coordinate the goals of both economic interests and maximum expectation of electric vehicles coming to charging. Firstly, estimation is given to the number of charging stations on the highway. Secondly, a dynamic simulation method of EV is proposed. Solving by swarm optimization, the mode is built for maximizing the benefits of the operators and EV travelers charging selection. And then, different sites are optimized to maximize vehicle charging expectation. Finally, using the comprehensive evaluation method to balance the two optimization objectives.
