Welcome to the 2017 Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society-Asia Pacific Meeting (TERMIS-AP 2017), in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, China from September 21st to September 24th.

The conference offers an outstanding scientific forum to overview the cutting edge advancements on research development in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, primarily in the areas of development of biomaterial scaffolds and therapeutic cells, intrinsic and environmental regulation of cell and tissue growth, methodology for drug delivery, and clinical trials in tissue engineering. The objective of the conference is to stimulate scientific debate and networking between clinical, translational, basic research, and industry experts from all parts of the world.

Many people have kindly helped us with the preparation and organization of the TERMIS-AP 2017. And we would like to especially thank organizing committee for their valuable advise and support. Besides, we encourage and thank the authors who submit high quality abstracts and reviewers who will evaluate the abstracts.

Nantong is an attractive city with culture and history. It is a very beautiful city and also has a very convenient transportation system. It is linked with Shanghai by Yangtze River Bridge. As called “the first city in modern China”, Nantong is also a rapidly developing city. Our meeting will take place in Jinshi International Hotel.
