The Indian financial system is undergoing a paradigm shift. With an increased focus on transparency and disclosure requirements, the regulatory bodies like the Reserve Bank of India, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, NFRA, SEBI need to play a more proactive role in boosting confidence in the capital market. The banking system is already staring at the huge burden of non-performing assets and the challenge in meeting the capital requirements under the Basel norms. On the other hand, FII flow in the Indian Market through participationory Notes, Portfolio investments have become very volatile and uncertain. Under these circumstances, it is pertinent that researchers come together and try to deliberate on the problems facing the Indian financial system.This conference aims at bringing scholarly works in these areas where the participants will get a platform to share their existing work and collaborate with others for embrace research.

Full papers (not more than 5000-8000 words) in the topic areas given below. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. All papers would be subjected to double blind peer review process. Papers should follow the structure given below:
Title Page - Giving the Title of the Paper, Affiliation of the Authors, Contact Details etc.
Abstract Page - A separate abstract page containing the title, an abstract [not more than 500 words] and 5 keywords in JEL format
