The International conference on communications and electrical engineering (ICCEE’18) provides a forum for researchers, academicians, scientists and industrial professionals around the world on recent developments on Communications and Electrical Engineering. The conference consists of keynotes, oral sessions and poster presentations. Considered as a catalyst for research works, the ICCEE’18 publishes the best presented papers in partner journals.

Authors are invited to participate in the Conference by presenting a paper within the delineated framework. In addition to the main topics, papers on other important subjects of the central Conference themes will be considered for the inclusion in the Scientific Program. Authors interested in submitting a paper are kindly requested to prepare a synopsis of three to six pages in IEEE template. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period.
