rospective authors are kindly invited to submit a comprehensive extended abstract of two to three A4 pages, one-column format, including author name(s), mailing address, e-mail address and the preferred topic (to be selected from the list available in the "Topics" page). The abstract summarizes the content of the full paper, indicating its aim and highlighting it original contribution(s) through a literature review. The major considered references should be listed at the end of the extended abstract. The main results and illustrations should be included and commented. The conference language is English.
Submissions should be done electronically through the following link :
http://cfp2.evermonaco.com/
Authors of provisionally accepted works will be requested to submit their full papers which should be made ready according to the IEEE conference templates (Latex and MS-Word). Final acceptances will be based on the full papers. A paper would be included in the conference USB only after the payment of the registration fees by a least one of the authors in due terms. All presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore data base. Moreover, selected presented papers will be eligible for resubmission to several IEEE transactions on Industry Applications and to special issues of dedicated journals.
The conference deadlines are as follows:
December 7, 2018 Abstract submission
January 18, 2018 Provisional acceptance
February 15, 2019 Full paper submission
March 7, 2019 Final acceptance
