*Invited and Special Sessions: The Technical Program Committee is soliciting proposals for invited and special sessions focusing on topics relevant to the theme of the conference. *Best Paper Award: The best paper award will be presented at the conference. The winner will be selected based on both technical content and presentation by the Best Paper Award Committee in consultation with the International Advisory Committee.
