Scope:ICEOGI 2023 is an international conference for the exchange of experience and knowledge among researchers and developers concerned with Earth Observation (EO) and Geospatial Information (GI) technologies and applications. It also offers an interdisciplinary forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges and adopted solutions in the fields of EO and GI. The idea of ICEOGI 2023 stems from the ongoing collaboration and exchange of experience held within the context of the Erasmus+ SEED4NA project, where two algerian academic institutions are involved, USTHB and UORAN1. SEED4NA is an Erasmus+ CBHE (Capacity Building in Higher Education) project approved for the period 2020-2023 bringing together several universities and research centers in Europe (Belgium, Croatia, Netherlands, Germany and Sweden) and North Africa (Algeria, Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco).
