The 3rd International Conference on "Advances in Power Signal and Information Technology" is poised to be a groundbreaking event, transcending boundaries to explore the latest innovations in the dynamic intersection of power systems, signal processing, and information technology. Scheduled to take place from 23rd May 2025 to 25th May 2025 (at EEE Department, ITER, Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar), this conference promises to be a melting pot of ideas, insights, and advancements in these pivotal fields. Attendees can look forward to a diverse array of presentations, workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions covering a wide spectrum of topics, including but not limited to: Power Systems and Smart Grids: Exploring the latest trends and challenges in power generation, transmission, distribution, and management, with a special emphasis on smart grid technologies, renewable energy integration, and grid resilience. Signal Processing and Machine Learning: Delving into cutting-edge signal processing techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics methodologies for diverse applications such as communications, image and video processing, biomedical engineering, and more. Information Technology and Cybersecurity: Addressing the evolving landscape of information technology, cybersecurity threats, and solutions, with sessions dedicated to cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity frameworks, and digital transformation strategies. Emerging Trends and Future Directions: Providing a glimpse into the future of power, signal, and information technologies, with discussions on emerging trends, disruptive innovations, and potential research directions. With a focus on fostering interdisciplinary approaches, the conference aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice, paving the way for transformative developments in the realms of power, signal, and information technologies.

Author Guidelines

 

  • Please ensure that your manuscript adheres to the specified length requirement of 4-6 pages, following the IEEE Conference format guidelines. All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance, clarity. You can download the template from the provided link:

  • Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per IEEE Conference format (not exceeding 6 pages written in A4 size) and it must be written in English. Extra pages (beyond 6 maximum 8 pages) are liable to extra page payment charges @ INR 1000 per page. 
  • All papers must be submitted online via Microsoft's CMT submission portal using the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/APSIT2025
  • Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceeding.
  • Oral presentation of all the accepted papers is mandatory inorder to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
  • The figures in the manuscript should be of good resolution (300 dpi or more), tables should not be in pictorial format. Figures should be visible within boundary of the text area of the page and MUST not go beyond it.
  • Do NOT mention the position of a person (e.g., research scholar, student, assistant professor, professor, IEEE member, IEEE student member etc.) 
  • Do not Mention full address, affiliation, and email of ALL authors, specify a corresponding author with the corresponding e-mail ID. [Once an article is accepted, the author will incorporate the author details in the camera-ready copy].
  • Do not make page numbering and do not give any running head title.
    All submissions will be thoroughly peer-reviewed by experts based on originality, significance and clarity.
  • Articles must be in spell checked and grammatically correct English. All references, figures, and tables should be numbered in sequence starting from 1 and MUST be duly cited / referred within the text.
  • Deeply verify the referencing style of IEEE conference style, which will help to produce correct reference format. A reference should bear following parameters in proper format: author name(s), title of article/book, conference/journal name, volume, issue, page numbers, and publication year.
