Since 1993, IWQoS has served as the premier annual workshop on Quality of Service, providing an international forum for the presentation and discussion of cutting edge research in the field. We are excited to announce that IWQoS 2013 will be upgraded into a full-scale symposium based on its past success! The 2013 edition of the IEEE/ACM IWQoS Symposium will be held on June 3-4 2013 in Montreal, Canada.
