Held biennially since 1958, the 31st Electrical Insulation Conference (EIC) will be held in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, 2-5 June 2013, sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Ottawa Section. Presentations and short courses will be presented on the practical applications of electrical insulating systems and materials (including nanodielectrics), diagnostics, including field use, for all types of electrical and electronic equipment.
