The International Workshop on Emerging Technologies and Devices in Signal Processing (IW-ETDSP'13) was first organised during under ICUMT 2012 in Saint Petersberg ,Russia. Encouraged with the success and positive response received from the research community towards the workshop it was decided to organise the Workshop every year as annual event . The Second International Workshop on Emerging Technologies and Devices in Signal Processing will be held on September 10-13 , 2013 in Almaty ,Kazakhstan in association with ICUMT 2013 . IW-ETDSP'13 aims to create a platform to bring together researchers, engineers and scientists working on these emerging technologies share their work and knowledge. The workshop will include keynote and special lectures presented by eminent experts in the field, peer-reviewed contributed papers , and invited sessions .
