Initiated in 2005, IEEE SOSE has established as a leading international symposium, with active participations from both academia and industry, devoted to the state-of-the-research into service oriented system engineering including Cloud Computing, Big Data, and Web Services. Prevailing issues in service oriented system engineering include optimization, energy consumption, work process algorithms, risk management etc. And the major research topics covered in SOSE include Cloud Computing, Testing, Big Data Analytics, Energy Efficiency, Dependability, Business Process, Semantics, Architectural Design and Evaluation, and High Performance Computing. This will be the 10th SOSE symposium in a successful conference series. Previous events were held at San Francisco, USA (2013), Oxford, UK (2014), San Francisco, USA (2015). Now, we are pleased to announce that the SOSE 2016 will be held at Oxford, UK, incorporated with a number of co-located events such as high quality IEEE workshops, expert tutorials, poster sessions, and successful industrial programme with attractive presentations and keynotes from top-level executives and academics from some of the world renowned companies and Universities.
