The Fourth International Semantic Web and Linked Open Data workshop (ISW-LOD) takes place on November at San Jose, Costa Rica. Co-located with IBERAMIA 2016.
ISW-LOD is a forum for the semantic web and linked open data communities, where practitioners in industry, academia and others interested in these topics are welcome for describing real and potential applications, share experience and discuss the latest scientific results and technology innovations around semantic technologies and linked open data.
We encourage both the participation of national and international communities: industry, academia, master and doctoral students to participate in this workshop.

Papers will be peer reviewed ("double-blind review policy") by a program committee, and must be written in English or Spanish. Contributions should be original and unpublished work. The workshop welcomes:
* Short Papers: describe ongoing work, preliminary results. Maximum 6 pages.
* Position Papers: describe works with complete results. Maximum 10 pages.
