Following the eleven past international conferences, we are now determined enough to virtually follow up the 12th international conference in April 2017. Experience of holding virtually the 2nd-11th conferences, we have found out more practicable and effective in focusing on hunting the articles for publication. In particular, the number of readers from around the world accessing the conference website and its published articles has speedily been on the rise. Any other subjects maintained in these themes are of equal value to the conference organizers as well. Professors, researchers and students are cordially invited to send their suggested topics and abstracts along with their academic C.V.

The importance of Iran is not for the concept of its central location, but for the conference focal point as such. The conference organizers are keenly interested to cooperate with other researchers working on continuity and change in subjects affecting Iran and the wider world in retrospect and provide an opportunity for non-Iranian researchers to get familiar with Iran and its people. Perhaps few may not be aware of the ancient Iran, its rich oil and gas resources and its passage over the strategic Persian Gulf, but surly plenty would be unaware of the current issues in Iran and outside affecting each other. This conference may facilitate the presence of the participants in Iran and their travel around the country.
