The 2021 IEEE Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science (TOCS2021) will be held in Shenyang, China during December 10-11, 2021. It is organized by Zhengzhou University with an objective to serve as a platform for scientists, researchers, engineers and developers from a wide range of telecommunications, optics and computer Science to exchange ideas and applications. This will enable us to solve challenging problems in our society so that we may contribute to our world.
