The 2022 IEEE Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science (TOCS2022) will be held in the virtual format during December 11-12, 2022. It is organized by Zhengzhou University with an objective to serve as a platform for scientists, researchers, engineers, and developers from a wide range of telecommunications, optics, and Computer Science to exchange ideas and applications. This will enable us to solve challenging problems in our society so that we may contribute to our world. As an academic conference, TOCS2022 is expected to provide opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, establish business or research relations, and find global partners for future collaboration.
